You will be added to our talent portal where you can view all the talented graduates waiting to be hired into tech roles in the South West. Every graduate on the portal has been trained in either frontend, backend or mobile development as well as business readiness skills.

You will be able to view anonymised profiles which include notes on each individuals' skills, experience, work style and more. 

All graduates have been assessed and interviewed by us to ensure they’re a great fit for your team.

We’ve been upskilling, empowering, and working with young people at universities in the South West for nearly 5 years. At Hatless, we are well-versed in finding and working with the most talented students in the region before they go off to top level graduate roles. 


With over 100 industry projects under our belt, and an award for our Commitment to Talent in the region, we are well-known for sourcing great tech opportunities and delivering dedicated, up to the minute training to upskill talented students.

TRAINING

Through Hatless Talent, we're doing recruitment a little differently. We're training top level graduate candidates in a wide range of in-demand tech and professional skills so they'll be ready to hit the ground running as soon as they join your team. 

Need a mobile developer trained in Flutter and Agile Methodology, or a web developer trained in React Native and Project Management? We’ve got your back!

 

All Hatless Talent graduates will be expertly trained by us in either frontend, backend or mobile development.

They will also receive business readiness training in which they will learn how to work with a team in a commercial setting, and important industry skills such as version control, agile methodology, and more.

Once you identified your perfect hire, they will complete a fast-track project as part of a team to practice and enhance the skills they have trained in. They will receive help and feedback from our expert team along the way and on completion of their fast-track project, will be ready to jump straight into work.
